The hotel had fairly spacious and comfortable rooms, even if they looked a bit jaded, and the service was enjoyable though some issues were not addressed promptly. The location was good, with some outstanding staff members, but renovations were ongoing during our stay. The dining options, while nice, could use a bit more improvement. Overall, it's a decent stay with room for enhancement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The security guard was attentive and took care of us during our stay, but we were not informed that the room would auto lock out 15 minutes before checkout. The staff were well-prepared for our requests, which was a plus, but the lack of certain basic room items was a drawback.
